If you've been assigned to a temporary bed or are on University Courtyard's waiting list, you may not check in early. You must have a permanent room assignment.

August 15th is the earliest day you may check-in. You will be charged the daily room rate for your assigned room. You should bring money to purchase meals until August 21 dinner (BBQ). Your meal plan beings with breakfast on August 22. University Courtyard Staff will do their best to place you in your 2008-2009 permanent room assignment when you check-in. If this is not possible, you will be placed in a temporary room until opening on August 21. If you arrive before August 21, 9:00 a.m., come to the Atrium Customer Service Desk when you arrive.
